The sky may be blue and the sun may be shining, but we hear from Weather Online that we can expect gusts of up to 70 or 80 mph today with the coast taking the worst of the winds.
So tie down your garden gnomes and think again if you’re planning to put your roadside rubbish out tonight.
It might end up scattered half way across Ventnor by tomorrow morning.
