Three of the Vestas workers who have been occupying the blade plant in Newport for the last two and half weeks made a dramatic and unconventional exit this afternoon by deciding to make their departure off the balcony.
Jaymie Rigby made the 30ft jump and the Ian Terry and Mark Flower abseiled down the side of the balcony.
The other three workers, Justin Moody, Mark Smith and Dave Arbuthnott (Arbo) left with security staff down the fire exit (exclusive video footage of them leaving the building to follow).
