I now have a finalised line up for this event & it’s as follows

Opal Room will headline the event
Marcus Hoy will be main support
For the Dj side of things, that will be delt with by Nick Painless & Susie Cue.

Also if I can get it sorted in time I will have a auction of a print that has been entered into a competion to be hung in the tate gallary.

So come on down, have some fun & lets raise some much needed cash for the Ventnor Skate Park.

Well I guess it’s time to report the weekend’s events (Other than Friday’s gig in London @ The London Stone)

I got to the gig a little worse for wear as I had traveled from London over night, at this point I had no idea who was going to turn up & the night was going to plan out coupled with the fact I was being sponsored by a certain caffeine based soft drink.

In the end quite a few people made the effort for Saturday night’s event & from the collection buckets on the bar the sum of £62 was raised which the Rose Inn topped up to £100 so all I can say thank you to everybody that turned up.

    Special Thanks Goes Out To
Susie Cue – For Spinning Some Wheels of Steel
Opalroom For Playing A Great Set
Marcus Hoy – For Stepping When Another Band Let Me Down
Ventnor Blog – For Help With Internet Advertisements
The Rose Inn Staff – For Allowing Me To Hold The Event In The First Place

I hope to see you all again real soon, the next Painless Parties event will be on August 30th which is also at the Rose Inn, Ventnor, entrance will be free as usual & music comes your way from The Shanklin Freak Show & Zombie Groove Machine

    Stay Safe & Well
