One of our all time favourite Island bands, The Chancers will be hitting the stage again next month.
The Chancers will be moving into their new rehearsal premises at the end of the month, just in time to sharpen up their act for this, the first gig of the year.
Judging by their schedule on MySpace, they’ve got a pretty busy year lined up, with slots already confirmed at The Isle of Wight Festival and Bestival.
Providing support will be The Scores, playing their own style of indie rock and dishing up the dub and reggae will be One Stone.
It all takes place at St George’s Park, Newport and will cost you just £6 to get in or £8 with a promo CD.
Kick off at 8.30pm and match action continues until 1am.
Tickets are available from from Dragonfly and Switch 45 in Newport or Revolver in Ryde.
