The Chancers Gig: Tim Parkin Joins The Lineup

In case you missed the posting last week, VentnorBlog favs, and soon to be playing at Bestival (once again) The Chancers will be playing their first gig of the year next month at Newport Football Club.
They’ll have superb support from reggae outfit, One Stone and indie rockers, The Scores.
There’ll be plenty of new tunes to temp your luggoles and we also hear via good friend, Muso Activator, that Bees band member Tim Parkin will be joining the band for the night with his faithful trumpet.
It all takes place at St George’s Park, Newport and will cost you just £6 to get in or £8 with a promo CD.
Kick off at 8.30pm and match action continues until 1am.
Tickets are available from Dragonfly and Switch 45 in Newport or Revolver in Ryde.
