Success For Bees Beach Soccer Team in Bournemouth
Tuesday, 5th August, 2008 at 5:22 pm, Isle of Wight
The Bees win the UK National Super League in a blustery and stormy day at Bournemouth.
The conditions weren’t ideal, we missed a few chances and were a bit complacent at the back but we did play some good beach soccer and in the end two good victories sealed the National Super League title with one event remaining before the UK Superfinal.
It was a shame Sociedad didn’t turn up, but being at the bottom of the league and having to travel to Bournemouth to face the Bees must have been a bit daunting.
