There’s a revolution coming to town this weekend. The Rock N Roll Revolution is a new show which focuses on the birth of Rock n Roll in the Mid Fifties and follows it through to the explosive dominance of The Merseysound era of 1962 to 1965.
The first half of the show is performed by the legendary rockers ‘THE TT’S’.
Led by Terry Clemson, who, in his lengthy career, has backed such legends as Chuck Berry, Gene Vincent, and Bo Diddley, The TT’S feature hits by Eddie Cochran, Elvis Presley, Bill Haley, Chuck Berry, Cliff Richard, Dion, and many other stars who influenced and shaped Rock n Roll in the UK.
For the second half, Liverpool group THE SHAKERS take to the stage.
These four young Liverpudlians have honed their skills at The Cavern Club, and, without doubt, they are one of the most energetic, authentic, and raw talents on the road today.
Their repertoire includes hits from The Searchers, Billy J Kramer and The Dakotas, The Merseybeats, Gerry and The Pacemakers, The Big Three, Farons Flamingoes, and of course, The Beatles - to name a few.
This show is so vibrant and exciting, it really represents the true story of the evolution of rock n roll from 1955 through to 1965 - probably the most influential decade that the artistic world has ever known.
Tickets only £10 in advance, or, £12 on door.

I’ve seen the rock’n'roll revolution show previously. Both acts are authentic, and true to their respective era’s. I found the show enjoyable, and well worth seeing. Infact I’ll be there on Saturday!
