Rob Da Bank Becomes Patron Of St Catherine’s School

Friday, 18th January, 2008 at 11:02 am, Isle of Wight

Rob Da Bank Becomes Patron Of St Catherine's SchoolIn case you didn’t see it in last weeks County Press, Bestival Head Honcho, Rob Da Bank, has now become patron to St Catherine’s School in Ventnor.

Rob was approached by the school a few months back because of his great communication skills (being a radio disc jockey an’ all that) and asked if he would like to become patron of the school.

He was clearly very chuffed at being asked and told VentnorBlog, ‘I’m really looking forward to visiting St Catherine’s and hopefully helping out a bit – and it means I get to see lovely Ventnor again – our very own Riviera.’

Given his high profile, Rob’s patronage is great news for the school and we’re sure he has a great deal to contribute.

Charity, Education, Ventnor
