If you’re a fan of open mic nights and like a bit of variety too, then this event should be right up your street.

Painless Parties ContortionistIf you have a hidden talent and fancy sharing it with a captive audience then head on over to The Roadside Inn, in Nettlestone on Sunday.

Organisers of Painless Parties are inviting anyone who can sing, dance, eat glass (not theirs though please), maybe you can tell a joke, do a monologue or make music in some way.

All you have to do is turn up, put your name down and (these are not my words) “play with yourself or with your buddy.”

Nick is a great entertainer, so even with him as compère, you’re going to have an entertaining evening.

anyone who can sing might be interested in an ad in this morning’s metro newspaper.

warning tho’ there’ll probably be tens of thousands of people wanting to appear.

one stage, one chance, on huge cash prize for one pitch perfect member of the audience in this brand new saturday night entertainment show for itv1.

you don’t need to have the best voice in the world to apply but enthusiasm, a huge poersonality and the confidence to sing in front of millions of people is a must.
