Oh Yes … Ventnor Rocks …. And We Are Definitely Digging It

Sunday, 20th November, 2005 at 1:08 am, Isle of Wight

Tim Snelling and Paul ButlerTim and Paul have pulled it off (not that we at VentnorBlog didn’t think they would) …. much praise and admiration should be thrown in their direction.

A rather wonderful gathering of people and rather wonderful selection of music, not to mention the general happy vibe going down at the Gardens.

Hats off to Blank Beats who I managed to catch (first viewing for me and very impressed) and loads of different DJs offering all sorts of aural entertainment …

This is the first half of report as we couldn’t get a babysitter and we had to take turns :0( … I didn’t want to leave, but also really wanted Si to go down and catch the last hour or so.

Tim has worked really hard to get DiG off the ground. If tonight’s success is anything to go by, once a month you can be sure of a welcomed retreat that can be found at the Ventnor Winter Gardens.

Oh yeah and good to see the Ventnor-I visuals and the fantastic fluorescent pieces by Guido …. pictures to follow.
