8:00 pm

The first of the Making Waves sessions kicks off on 3rd April.

Making Waves: Wild Oats and Emily JaneGracing the stage are two of our favourites, The Wild Oats and Emily Jane.

There will be support bands and all will be recorded by IW Radio for the Live and Local Show, broadcast on Sunday nights between 7-10pm.

In order for the Making Waves sessions to work, organisers need your support. The events take place on most Thursday nights through the rest of the year until Bestival.

It’ll only cost you £3 to get in and 14-16 year olds are also welcome, so long as they are with a responsible adult.

We have heard that this 4 band format will be hi-jacked by another venue soon…infact it already has but almost a carbon copy coming soon, but we glad that more bands get more gigs as a result. Music wins.

Proud to announce that Paul Armfield and Lucid will also compliment an aleady great line-up.

Strong folk, blues feel to the evening with a fine assembly of vocalists performing.
