Jazz Funkers listen up, because it’s not often we get JF gigs on the Wight.
This Thursday night at the Wight Rock Bar (which is a lovely little venue just up the road from Ryde Theatre) you can funk your jazzy pants off with The Project.
We don’t know much more about the band or the support act, The Big Beat Mission, but judging by the pic of the sax on the posters, it sort of sets the tone.
We see that it’s being pushed on MySpace by The Guy Page Trio, who we really rate, so assume it’ll be a good’un.
Music kicks of from 8pm and you have to be over 18 to get in. Free entrance.
