Due to changes of venues, this gig will now take place at the Mill Bay Inn.
The Baddest Blues Band Ever describe themselves on their MySpace page as “An earthy, modern blues band in which the funkiest musicians from the parallel worlds of blues, jazz and rock return to their roots.”
They’ve only been together for about a year, but have received rave reviews wherever they’ve played and are made up of six very talented musicians and fronted by Zoë Schwarz, who has headlined at Ronnie Scott’s, The Vortex, Dean Street, and at festivals all over the UK.
“A thoroughly modern mix of jazz and blues, they are superb….. To all fans of quality blues/jazz, this will really appeal.” - Blues Matters
A stroller ticket will get you in, if you don’t have one of those, £5 entry.

Hang on, this band was supposed to be at the Boathouse according to the website this lunchtime.
The Mill Bay is supposed to be staging the “free” jazz fringe. Is that cancelled?

Either way, it would’ve been only a short walk from one venue to another. If you went along and fancy writing a review, get in touch.

Sorry Sal, didn’t go, but heard loads of complaints about not being able to gain entry to the Mill Bay because it was full. Zoe was very good by all accounts from those who got in.
