Next Tuesday you will have an opportunity to meet two new members of the Ventnor Community.
Emma Bush and Elizabeth Fox will be starting work within our community as health trainers.
They hope to provide help, support and encouragement for those of you who are looking to change the way you live, in order to make your lives healthier.
This is a service paid for by the council, so you don’t have to worry about forking out any cash.
All you have to do is pop down to Ventnor Library between 9.30am and 5pm next Tuesday (12th) and Emma or Elizabeth will be on hand to provide as much help and information as you need. Be assured that this service is strictly confidential.
Sounds like a great idea and one well worth taking advantage of, if you’re thinking of changing yours for a healthier lifestyle.
