Hatha Yoga For Beginners
Thursday, 1st May, 2008 at 12:48 pm, Isle of Wight
If you still haven’t executed that New Year’s Resolution to get fitter and leaner, this new yoga class could be just the thing for you.
You might not be burning off the calories, but you will become more supple and flexible, find yourself with better posture and as well as detoxing your organs, it’ll contribute to your general well being.
The class is for beginners and starts next Wednesday at the Trinity Church Hall at 7.40pm.
It’ll last about an hour and a quarter and very generously, the teacher is asking only for donations to cover the cost of the hall.
Make sure that you wear loose comfortable clothing and it’d be advisable to take along a mat and blanket, otherwise you’ll be feeling quite uncomfortable on the hard floor.

Hi
This is an enquiry, not a comment - yet!
I’ll be visiting Ventnor on holiday for a week and am looking for a yoga class from 6th - 11th August. I’ve done a fair bit of yoga, but don’t mind if it’s a beginners’ class.
I’d be grateful for any help! Many thanks.
