FreeCycle Moving At 100 MPH

Wednesday, 16th May, 2007 at 9:45 am, Isle of Wight

Wow stuff is moving really fast on Freecycle these days.

FreeCycle On The IslandI noticed that a VentnorBlog regular had put up quite a number of different computer-related bits a couple of Sundays ago. 9 minutes later he posted that they had all gone!

The lesson? If you want to shift the stuff you’ve got knocking about but still haven’t got around to selling them or taking them to the dump, pop it on FreeCycle and not only will you free yourself of it, but someone else will have the benefit of using it; you won’t be jamming up a landfill with it and in a small way you’ll be saving the planet.

Can’t say fairer than that can you?
