The terrible tragedy in Derby where 5 children died has brought the worst out in our society.If you read some of the postings on sites (e.g. Yahoo) the opinions seem to be that because they were part of a family of 17 and on benefits then they didnt matter. What a sad world.

You cant read anything in to newspapers , its so very very sad who ever they are if you have 17 or 1 child and you loose one its awful it will never go away , and that poor family will never be the same again , there are no words to discribe a loss of a child let alone 5, its the saddest news ever Mike ,

Absolutly right LuLu but the reaction depressed me.We lost a child over 30years ago and the pain never goes away.

Cameron said recently on BBC I think, I am only interested in "hard working families" even a cliche like this isn't original, it was used by fascist new labour, it speaks volumes about who he ISN'T interested in.

Cameron and his chancellor have not got one original thought, the venom, hate speech, and manslaughter caused by blairs policies (over 1,000 deaths waiting for appeal and 40 something suicides and counting) carried on with vigour by the current fascists is directly responsible for the headlines in papers about scroungers, spongers, frauds and cheats, the brain dead who believe everything they read joined in this crusade, the indignant taxpayer demanding the sick, the ill and the disabled should be put to work because they are cheating the taxpayers etc, the intelligence of such people is roundly displayed by Nick (I keep promises) Clegg, who went on a BBC programme and said "we have to get people of DLA and back to work"

This retard did not know that DLA is available to anyone.!, it is available to people in AND out of work, in fact it keeps many people in work by meeting transport issues and disability, the Deputy PM did not know this and went on national tv implying people who receive DLA are dossers

If he did know the difference he is a bigger criminal as blair and the current Govt for hounding innocent people into suicide....oh hang on....he is in the Govt.!

Those who blindly followed this rhetoric of benefit scrounging scum, are no better than sheep, easily manipulated and unable to see past their nose, Govt created this environment deliberately way back under blair to destroy the social security system and the NHS, why?.....look at who is behind all of this, insurance companies and private firms working for profit

To those who take the stance they were on benefits and don't matter, I sincerely hope you are next to get cancer, rheumatoid issues, mental illness etc, because when you go to the Govt for assistance, guess what.....?

Your days as a taxpayer from a "hard working family" are irrelevant, you are a useless eater and society has an open cheque to vilify you
