VentnorBlog fave, Dame Ellen MacArthur, has been up in the Smoke impressing the heck out of everyone she came across.
The write up in The Telegraph couldn’t have been more complementary in its praise.
In the article she explains how her latest boat was built on the Isle of Wight by her team … but first they had to build the actual boatyard to hold it!
When asked about her ambition to recapture the round-the-world record that Francis Joyon took from her recently, she pointed out that she was only 31, so had plenty of time to get it back.
