Children’s Art Competition

Now we are well into the school holidays and your kids might be looking for some interesting things to do other than playing on the beach, why not encourage them to enter the Open Studios Art Competition?
The idea is for young people to make a drawing, painting or collage inspired by their visit to an artist’s studio.
There are two categories for the competition, under 9s and between 9-13 years old.
All you have to do is make sure entries are submitted on a sheet of A4 paper, along with name and address, age and phone number of the budding young artist.

Make sure this happens by 15th August and the lucky winner will walk away with a ten pound vouchers to spend in the Quay Arts Shop.
