Carnival Costume Workshop: Ryde

Monday, 2nd April, 2007 at 4:19 pm, Isle of Wight

Over the Easter hols, if you fancy trying your hand at making carnival costumes under the watchful and experienced eye of a professional, pop along to Ryde High School on any day apart from the bank holiday weekend.

Fantastic Notting Hill carnival designer, Lincoln Rahamut will be visiting the island in order to make some large scale show costumes for this Summer’s parades.

This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and meet new people. Not only that, but it’s FREE!!!!

Accompanied under 12s also welcome.

(Thanks to Charrrr for use of her photos)

    Hi Lauren

You could call Gina on 07976 375839. She was running the carnival costume course and might be willing to help.

    Good luck with it.
