Ventnor West Election: Candidate Q&A Video #1

Tuesday, 11th December, 2007 at 12:07 pm, Isle of Wight

Debby RobinsonYou’ll all be familiar with the fact that this Thursday, 13th December, there’ll be a parish election for the Ventnor West ward.

The five candidates standing make it the most hotly contested election in Island history (have you have got the message yet?).

We ran around Ventnor with Nige (thanks, mate!) at the weekend to shoot a series of interviews with the candidates.

Here’s the first, where we asked a question based on a comment by one of the VentnorBlog Forum contributors, Alan on the Candidates Corner - What was your Driver to apply to become a candidate?

The most encouraging thing about this election is that a record 5 people are contesting the seat - this alone must send a strong message to VTC….

Well done V Blog for providing a 21st century hustings so their voices can be heard

Good luck to all the candidates & may the best woman/man win !
