Brian Lucas New Ventnor Town Mayor

We hear via the forum that Brian Lucas has tonight been elected Ventnor’s new Town Mayor.
Champagne corks will be popping (or pints of Golden being poured) and we wish him luck in his new role and are sure that his shoulders are broad enough to carry the chain of office.
Well done Brian … Look forward to seeing the good work we know you’ll be doing in the coming year.

I think Brian is a great choice and already is planning ahead, one example of interest to a current thread on the Forum, being his interest in a Youth Forum.
Sal, your comment about his shoulders being broad enough made me smile!!! Last night Brenda Lawson had a bit of a problem fitting the chain of office around him, as they are so broad and strong…………………………!!!
