Bestival: Is It Madness?

All the signs are there, if you check their blog on MySpace, it sounds remarkably like Madness will performing at some point over the weekend at Bestival.

We can officially confirm that we are not able to officially announce one of our forthcoming appearances at a UK Festival… it is a secret!
We can confirm that we are playing at (un)said festival on the main stage.
The Festival in question is sold out but if you do have tickets, the following clues should confirm if they are for the right festival…

This blog is a waste of time since it contains most material about the Bestival which is a commercial operation.What are you gojn g to do next week when its over . Where are the items about Community things that are really happening in Ventnor which is the top title of this blog. What a swizz it is.

Louis, Louis - do you really want your first words on VB to be so negative?
Over the last two years there’s been over 1,300 posting about community things in Ventnor and around the Island.
Yes we’ve just had 84 postings about Bestival - that’s because we think it’s so great - commercial or not.
Normal service is being resumed. Why don’t you add something positive and send us a story about community things that you think are important?

We work closely with the Bestival team to ensure that they have maximum coverage for this fantastic event which brings top musical artists to the Island, boosting the local economy and helping to put the Isle of Wight on the map.
