Bestival 2007: More Island Acts Confirmed

One of the great things about Bestival is wandering around the site and stumbling across music that you might never have otherwise been exposed to.
Rob Da Bank always manages to pull together a bonkers bunch of eclectic musicians and this year is going to be no exception.
However, I also love coming across people I’ve seen play out on the Island as well. In the list of latest confirmed acts there is plenty of local talent. Some returning to play at Bestival from previous years and others doing it for the first time.
Amongst those on the list, I’m really looking forward to seeing the Wight Light Orchestra play. We missed their gig on the launch night of The Studio back in May. We heard great reviews of their performance and hope and pray that their Besti slot doesn’t clash with The Beastie Boys.
Some of the other Island acts on the list include the lovely Becky Entwistle, Blank Beats, Cooly Haste, Hev & Johnson, Huw Stephens, I Love Audrey, JC & Angelina (pictured), Nick Name, Puzzle Muteson (yes!) and The Bees Soundsystem.
