Basement Jaxx To Play Isle of Wight Festival

If you hadn’t already heard (where have you been?) Basement Jaxx is the first act to be confirmed playing at the 2009 Isle of Wight Festival.
Felix Buxton and Simon Ratcliffe who headlined the first Bestival way back in Sept 2004 will be returning to the Wight next summer and take will take to the stage on the Friday night as the penultimate act.
Tickets are on sale for the festival priced at £140 for adult camping which includes entertainment in the campsite on Thursday night, and £70 for a child ticket (12 years and under). The price of an adult ticket without camping is £120 and £60 for children (12 years and under). A campervan permit is £250 (all occupiers must also have a valid Camping ticket).

The Isle of Wight Festival takes place over the weekend of 12-14th June 2009
