Bake Some Cakes For Solace
Thursday, 29th May, 2008 at 12:25 pm, Isle of Wight
There are only two weeks to go until the Isle of Wight Festival and that means that the Solace tent are on the lookout for baking volunteers.
Solace is a cafe- come-chill tent which serves free tea and cake to all festival goers.
If you’re any good at baking, and let’s be honest, it’s not that hard, maybe you can help with hundreds and hundreds of cakes that are needed.
There are several drop off points around the Wight, details below, and all you have to do is make sure that you mark the lid and base of your tin or tubs if you want it back.

The Solace team are a lovely crew and the tent is a welcome retreat when things get a bit manic at the festival. Highly recommended.

I loved the Solace tent last year and am evermore grateful for their free refreshments which makes a change from the expensive treats everywhere else on campus, I cannot wait to go tomorrow! Thanks for all your help solace team, we all appreciate it! Oh, and does anyone know the times for the main stage?
