The last in the list of gigs being organised by Nick Painless from Painless Parties (yes, ‘im again) takes place on the 23rd, this time at an altogether different venue.

Zombie Groove MachineOn the bill are the usual suspects, The Shanklin Freak Show, Puritan Slain, Dirty Habit and the delightful Zombie Groove Machine.

It’ll certainly be poets day for some, as the action kicks off at 5.30pm.

If you want to enjoy a drink without having to worry about driving home, just pack your tent, because there’s free camping thrown in for the very reasonable £5 ticket price.

There’ll be many trade stalls, plenty of food outlets and tons of space for parking your cars.

Tickets are £5 on the door - or if you’re quick enough there are a limited 69 presale tickets available priced t £5 (or £12) from Black Sunshine, Central Market, Scarotts Lane, Newport.

The first thirteen come with a limited edition One Night Stand T-Shirt (hence the £12 price). Tickets without Ts are just a fiver.

Venue: Smallbrook Stadium, Ashey Road, Ryde

Good to see more positive action assisting the heavier and alternative side of things. “im’ has done well in varying the venues too. :O)
