Surely they would have to get out of the van and survey all the way round the propety too get and more acturate reading.Log burners are not the most efficient way to heat a house because of the chimney,but it is a renewable source of energy and grants are available to have them put in, up to £500.(means tested)My heat loss through the chimney at the front will look terrible, but a picture of my rear would be excellent!
