News, Quay Arts Centre, The Arts, What's On, Youth

BBC Blast will be hearing Island side later this week and the variety of workshops and tasters sessions taking place is amazing.

BBC Blast: Three Days Til Blast Off13-19 year olds from the Island are being given the opportunity to can learn how to create their own original animation using 2D and 3D effects.

They can work with BBC mentors to write, perform and record the latest episode of a radio play.

Others will be creating album artwork, learning how to street dance, or working with BBC Solent and writing and recording their own radio links.

Or perhaps your 13-19 year old will be creating their own music or learning how to spin the vinyl.

Lots of the sessions are already fully booked, but there are plenty of interesting ones still available.

Why not check out the listings and get booked on?
