Mark Pugh in my opinion is the man for this job and I wish him well in the future.

I have a serious medical condition and Mark has taken care of me for a number of years and made sure I get the treatments from different departments within the hospital that I need.

I am sure he will show as much concern and care in this new role as he has done in his past position within the hospital.
