Ferry, Fishbourne, News, Roads

Due to the Great South Run taking place tomorrow (Sunday 25th) there will be some changes to the WightLink Portsmouth/Fishbourne ferry service.

It’s suggested that you allow extra time for your journeys and to call Wightlink reservations on 0871 376 1000 before travelling for the latest update.

Roads will be closed between 9.45am – 12.30pm and there will be changes to the timetable. The end of British Summer Time (0210 BST) will also result in changes to the schedule for this day.

Sailings will operate as follows:
From Portsmouth (Gunwharf Road); 0100 BST, 0200 GMT, 0400, 0600, 0700, 0800, 0900, 1030, 1230, 1300, thereafter normal service

From Fishbourne; 0200 BST, 0300 GMT, 0500, 0700, 0800, 0900, 1000*, 1130, 1230, 1330, 1400, thereafter normal service

Other routes will not be affected by these issues.

*The 1000 sailing from Fishbourne will arrive at Portsmouth Continental Ferry Port, no foot passengers will be carried on this service.
