The diversity of things you can get up to at the weekend as part of V-Bay Festival is fabulous.

V-Bay Festival: Angling CompetitionIn addition to the music, dance, comedy, gastronomy, games and competitions, the Ventnor Angling and Social Club have arranged an open day event at their Club House in Wheelers Bay on Sunday 25th from 1pm.

This will be a great opportunity for all, with help for all those who have
never fished and tips for those are returning to the sport.

There will be information on course, sea and boat fishing with a selection of tackle for people to try.

We hear that they’ll also be running a fun crab fishing competition with info on local sea life.

It wouldn’t be a Ventnor Angling event without the refreshments, so don’t worry you won’t go thirsty.
