Ventnor Town Council: 7th September Agenda

This coming Monday sees another Ventnor Town Council meeting take place at the Winter Gardens.

Ventnor Town Council: Agenda 13th JulyMembers of the public are invited to attend the meeting and have an allocation of 15 minutes at the beginning of the meeting to ask questions of their elected councillors.

The agenda this month has a variety of issues that affect the town, so if you’re keen to hear how your ward councillor represents you on these items make your way to the main hall for the 7pm start.

  • Report of the Environment and Neighbourhood Officer
  • Meet with reps from South Wight Housing Association to discuss issues relating to their properties.
  • Meet reps from IWC highways to discuss issues relating to Esplanade accessibility and improvement project.
  • Update from the Town Mayor on the Eco Toilets
  • Seating and lighting issues on the cliff top path.
  • Update from Town Mayor on traffic regulation orders.
  • Litter bin reorganisation.
  • Winter Gardens Management Committee report.
  • Report of Finance Officer.
  • Licensing application at former Leslie’s Garage site.
  • Update on Spring Hill Garden.
  • Update on VTC Communications.
  • Grant offer for energy conservation for Winter Gardens.

The meeting is followed by a Plans Committee.
