It’s Friday so time to let you hair down and enjoy the beginning of the weekend.

Revenge of the Lawn Play Tonight in RydeIf you love live music with character and soul then you should head to The High Park Tavern in Ryde tonight.

Taking to the stage will be one of our favourites, The Revenge of the Lawn.

This five piece are a band not to be missed. Wonder in their musical expertise (cue the domestic saw) and revel in their wonderfully observational lyrics.

They’ll be on stage from 9pm and guarantee to entertain you – it might not turn out to be what you expected but you’ll definitely be entertained.

    It definately didn’t turn out to be what I expected. The hasty improvisation of “The Meat Raffle Song” was the high point for me. Giving us free drinks was a big mistake.
