Goodleaf Tree Climbing Photo Competition Winner
Friday, 10th July, 2009 at 2:46 pm, Isle of Wight
Congratulations to Steve Smith from Ryde for his entry into the Goodleaf Tree Climbing Photo Competition.
Steve has won himself a pair of tree climbing tickets to use this coming Sunday.
As we mentioned earlier, Goodleaf have been given permission by the Isle of Wight Council to use one of the majestic oak trees in Appley Park for tree climbing sessions.
Thanks to everyone who took part in the competition and to Julian Winslow for judging the entries.

Thanks to Goodleaf and ventnor Blog for this competition. I went to have a go at the tree climbing yesterday and although I didn’t even get half way up the tree, myself and my son enjoyed it a lot. I need to get a bit fitter and go back for another try!
The young girl there who managed to climb up and down twice whilst we dangled around on the rope certainly put us to shame.
I reccomend everyone has a go at this.
