Bestival 09: And There’s More!

Blimey the list goes on, as well as Mike and The Hot Rats being announced this afternoon, they’ve added even more bands to the lineup for Bestival 2009.

Bestival 09: And There's More!On the local front, step forward the amazing Shanklin Freak Show – they were winners of the Bestival Band and DJ Comp last year but due to the bad weather were unable to do their slot on the main stage opening the festival. This year they get another chance to play and we have an exclusive video of them coming soon – keep em’ peeled.

Also joining the lineup will be Benga, Benji B, Bobby Friction, The Loose Cannons, Grum, Hudson Mohawke, Lemonade, Ohbijou, Ross Allen, Skibunny, Stardeath And White Dwarfs, Sunny Day Sets Fire and The Acorn.

Eclectic or what!

    I must admit, there’s a few I haven’t heard of there! Great news for The Shanklin Freak Show though.
