29, August 2009

Great to see Island bands, The Operators and Goodbye Setreo on the lineup for Festibelly.

Festibelly 2009The one day festival takes place at the end of August in Lymington, so you won’t have far to travel if you fancy a day of chilling out listening to some great music.

Also on the lineup will be James Yuill, Man Like Me, Colouring In, Reggae Roast featuring Brother Culture, Brass Roots, The Pepys, Rob Cowen and The Dissidents, Tarrbaby and Alex Parsons.

With a capacity of 1,000 it’s a small intimate event and should be great. It’s a one night camping event with the gates opening at 9am and closing 1pm next day.

Last year was a sell out success delivering a totally chilled day, party nighttime, set in the peaceful surroundings of the New Forest.

This year Festibelly will be engaging your other senses with activities including professional urban artists battling it out in the form of a tag-team competition on a giant wall!

The tie-dye stall will be back allowing you to customise those belly shirts and get all nostalgic with your psychedelic prints!

Festibelly also supports neighboring traders and provides delicious and sophisticated food from local sources, catering for both meat eaters and vegetarians. The Festibar will also be stocked with a plentiful supply of soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.

Check out the Festibelly Web site for more details.
