Andy Jones: Creates New VentnorBlog Audio Ident

Andy Jones: Creates New VentnorBlog Audio IdentAs you know we’ve been banging out podcasts (audio interviews) for goodness knows how long and it struck us that we didn’t have an audio intro for them. We just went straight into the chat, and it felt a little abrupt.

We only needed a brief thought as to who might be able to help us with this and quickly concluded that Island-based musical maestro Andy Jones would be the perfect candidate.

A man of many projects
Andy had been dazzling people with his musical skills for many a year and you could well have heard his work via a few of his projects and collaborations like Lama Lounge; Cooly Haste; PoySon DaWharf; Randy Bones; Masters of the OmniVerse.

Failing that considerable list, you may have heard him out spinning tunes way back when he played out under DJ Ilat, or though the Precise daily rhythm Island record label back in ‘95.

He also runs excellent music tuition at youth clubs under his eMusport company, as well as longer courses that I and many others like Jordan Peak have enjoyed and attended.

First use of the Ident
The first time we’ve used Andy’s creation is the video slideshow with podcast that we put out about Nick Martin’s Blue Eyed Boys show currently on at Quay Arts.

We love the music. Hope you enjoy it.
