At the end of May, the Isle of Wight Beacon will be teaming up with Jigsaw Sales and Marketing Associates to deliver the first comprehensive Business Expo for the Isle of Wight.

Business Expo 2009This Expo is for anyone and everyone in business.

Whether you’re an established business or just starting out, organisers tell us that this is the Expo for you.

The aim of the event, being held at the IW College in Newport, is to provide access to help, advice, ideas, products, services, technology and motivation to ensure your success through these difficult times.

Whether you’re exhibiting yourself or just fancy popping along to see what’s on offer, anyone can take advantage of the free seminars to get business advice.

It won’t cost you a penny to attend and with over 100 companies representing nearly all business sectors, this should be a great opportunity to add value to your business.

As well as the full programme of seminars and workshops there’ll also be a chance to take part in speed networking, “The fastest way to make new business contacts and develop opportunities” the organisers tell us.

There’ll also be a ‘Meeting Zone’, where you’ll have a chance to meet the media, key buyers from big businesses to find out how to work with them.

On top of that there’ll also be free Media Training where you can pick up tips from the professionals to ensure that when interviewed for any media be it radio, TV or online/print you’ll know how to get your points across clearly and concisely and be able to answer any tricky questions.

Although the event is free to attend, you’ll need to pre-register, so head over to the Business Expo 09 Web site and don’t forget to say where you heard about it.
