There are loads of half term activities for kids at Quay Arts next month.

Jewellery Workshop@ Jubilee StoresThe week kicks off on Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 February (10am – 2:30pm) with a Jewellery Workshop@ Jubilee Stores.

The workshop with Rob Fenton and Kelly Yates will enable children to design and create jewellery in copper and silver.

On day one they will experiment with multiple techniques including drawing, sawing, hammering, filing and texturising.

Having gained some confidence, the second day will be spent making an item of silver jewellery: a ring, bracelet, a pendant or earrings – for themselves or lucky friends or family!

Tickets: £30. Suitable for ages: 10 – 13 years.
