Angie Pullen from the Ventnor Permaculture Group keeps a great blog about her work in the garden.
It’s a brilliant place to pick up tips on growing your own, recycling and many other sustainable activities.
She has been planting her garden this year in tune with the moon, and yesterday posted the latest schedule.
If you’re planning to plant this week, according to a book that Angie follows, the best things to plant between now and Wednesday include …. all cereals, aubergine, broad bean, courgette, cucumber, gherkin, marrow, gourd, pumpkin, melon, pea, peppers, runner bean, sweetcorn and tomato.
Check our Angie’s blog for details of other suggestions for later in the week, and do let us know if you have an great tips you can share with our readers.
