Organic Egg Farmer, Matt Bowman is flying the flag for the Isle of Wight in Farming UK today.

Matt BowmanAs has been covered in the media previously, Matt is the only Soil Association certified organic egg producer to be selling his eggs to Tesco.

In the interview, Matt tells readers of Farming UK how he manages to juggle running the ‘Stoneground Flour Company’ whilst introducing livestock, in the form of 400 birds, earlier this year.

Well done to Matt for his success and achievements, as well as raising the profile of the Isle of Wight.
