Awards, Green Issues, Island-wide
It’s great to see that our good friends over at Rapanui are up for an award as part of the 2008 Sustainable Business Awards.
The Island based clothing company with great green credentials, Rapanui, are finalists in the Micro Business Award category and are up against two other Island based companies.
Green Island Silver Award winner, Bedford Lodge, is a B&B in Shanklin also making it onto the shortlist in the same category.
With their Islandwide marketing campaign, you’d have to have been living in a shed in the middle of nowhere to have not heard of the Real Island Food Company who join the list of finalists.
There are six categories in total and the same number of Island businesses up for an award.
Best of luck to everyone involved and well done on reaching the short list.
Don’t forget to check out the fab new Rapanui Web site.
