As readers will know, Open Studios kicks off this weekend.

There are loads of artists to visit in the South and West Wight area over the weekend, and if you’re keen on ceramics you might want to head over to Andrew Dowden’s studio.

His studio will be open between 10am-1pm, 2-5pm, 6-8pm on Friday (18th) and Monday (21st).

On Saturday (19th) you can visit between 10am-1pm only, and on Sunday (20th) visit during 11am-1pm, and 2-7pm at 29 Ventnor Road, Apse Heath.

There will be plenty of free IW Arts Directories available at the event as well as at other Artist events, libraries, Tourist Information Centres, Quay Arts and other Island outlets.
