A new, multi-media arts event is to take place at The Winter Gardens on Sunday 25th May (bank holiday weekend) from 6pm – 11pm.
This promises to be a show with a difference that will showcase contemporary and up-and coming artists from Ventnor and across the island.
As well as painting and fine arts, there will be a music tepee playing original electronica by Andy Jones and students.
Film will be shown both on the stage and around the hall – a chance to see some of John Cattle’s skate films as well as other work.
There will also be some interactive art work taking place where you can have a go at a variety of experiences! And all this for just £2 entrance fee (£1 under 16’s).
There is still chance to exhibit your work, whether it is art work, film, photographs etc.
Contact Nina on 07891 326959 or Hannah on 07967 120002.
There is no charge to exhibit, but if you do sell any of your work, the organisers would like a donation which will go to the skate park.
The organisers are The StreetStyle group who ran the StreetStyle Festival last August in Ventnor – all proceeds from this event will go to Ventnor skate park
