Philip Clouts Quartet with Carlos Lopez-RealZubop, pianist Philip Clouts, appears with his quartet, featuring F-IRE collective saxophonist Carlos Lopez-Real, Alex Keen (bass) and Brent Keefe (drums).

Superb, uplifting music, influenced by Latin and African jazz and New Orleans funk.

Coults deft, lively, intensely rhythmic piano is skilfully complemented throughout by a vigorous but sensitive rhythm section.
