Disco Divas get your platforms out and dust down the best of your 70s gear, because next month at the Ventnor Winter Gardens there will be a night to remember taking place.

Seventies Night: Hospice FundraiserA charity fund raiser for the Earl Mountbatten Hospice sees a 70s disco night take place right here in Ventnor.

There’ll be a fun dance class at 8pm where you can learn all the moves to make you look as groovy as possible on the dance floor.

The bar will be open til late and there’ll also be a raffle.

Organisers say that fancy dress is optional, but you, come on folks, you can’t go to a 70s disco without donning the flares, can you?

Tickets £7.50 each, under 16 and over 60 £5 each from box office on 01983 857581 and remember, this is all for charity, so you can feel good about yourself as you’re cutting those shapes on the dance floor.
