Free Style Drawing Workshops
Monday, 28th January, 2008 at 11:05 am, Isle of Wight
As well as the plethora of excellent courses being offered as part of the Neighbourhood Learning scheme, we hear that a new course in free style drawing is about to kick off too.
It’s being run by none other than local artist, Nathan Holt. You might remember his artwork which was exhibited in the Library last year, or perhaps have admired his handiwork down at the skate park? Or commented on the planned mural for the side of the community centre building?
He’ll be running the course each Saturday (starting on the 2nd Feb) at Ventnor Community Projects, 1, Albert Street from 1pm – 3pm for 3 weeks. You will work with big marker pens and fine liners to produce your own unique piece of art.
You can also enhance your work with the use of Photoshop (no experience necessary). Take home a framed print of your artwork at the end of the course.
Why not have a go at this unique art form in miniature – the cost is only £12 (£9 concessions) and this includes all materials. Phone Alison on 823826, mobile: 07976 009414
