Ventnor Toilets Approved at Planning Committee
Tuesday, 27th November, 2007 at 8:38 pm, Isle of Wight
Plans to demolish the toilets at the bottom of the cascade and replace with the ones shown here, were approved tonight at the Planning Committee.
Condition permission was given with the following basic conditions attached to the application.
Conditions
1 The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of 3 years from date of this permission.
Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.2 No development shall take place until samples of materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the area and to comply with policy D1
(Standards of Design) of the Isle of Wight Unitary Development Plan.
