Isle of Wight Festival Priority Booking Service

Wednesday, 14th November, 2007 at 6:14 pm, Isle of Wight

Festivals, Newport

News just in this afternoon, that the Isle of Wight Festival will soon be launching a priority booking service for next years tickets.

We all remember the scramble for tickets last year, and the fact that they sold out within a week. More were released at a later stage, but this time round a new initiative is being launched to help those who missed out.

Organisers of the festival will be launching a membership scheme called Festival First.

Once you become a member, you’ll be guaranteed the chance to buy two camping or non-camping tickets, during a special reserved sale period.

As to whether you have to pay to become a member is unclear at the moment, but we’ll let you know once we hear.

Not only that, but you’ll be given the special treatment too, for all FF members get to use a specially designated FF entrance to the Festival site. No more pushing, shoving and waiting in line with the great unwashed (apart from those who also become members).

In addition, there’ll be lots of other lovely offers released over the next few months, and we’ll keep you informed of all the latest updates.
